Unlock Your Power: Why Poppy Delbridge's New Book Is a Must-Read for Women Ready for More
There are some books that arrive at exactly the right time.
For me, Poppy Delbridge's new book, Unlock Your Power, is one of them.
A year ago, I was scrolling Instagram when I saw a post about training to become a Rapid Tapping® PRO. I hadn't seen anything from Poppy for ages and took it as a sign. That decision led me not only to train in Rapid Tapping® but also in Pivot Into Power®, Poppy's transformational coaching framework that has since become a huge part of my own work and vision. Today, as I prepare to launch my Wild Reclamation community, it feels incredibly fitting that Unlock Your Power has now been released.
This book brings together the complete seven-step Pivot Into Power® framework in one place, guiding readers through the process of creating lasting change from the inside out. Rather than focusing on pushing harder or doing more, it helps you uncover the invisible patterns that may be holding you back and gives you practical tools to create meaningful transformation.
The 7 D's: A Roadmap from Desire to Done
At the heart of the book is the framework known as the 7 D's:
Desire
Discovery
Decide
Debunk
Ditch
Do
Done
Each stage builds upon the last, taking you from identifying what you truly want to becoming the version of yourself capable of creating it. The process is designed to help you move beyond old limitations, challenge unhelpful beliefs, regulate your nervous system, and take aligned action toward your goals. ()
What I love most about this approach is that it recognises that transformation isn't simply about strategy.
Often, we already know what we want.
What gets in the way are the fears, beliefs, habits, and invisible mind patterns that keep us playing small.
The work is not about fixing yourself.
It's about remembering who you are underneath those patterns and creating the internal conditions for change to happen naturally.
Why This Work Resonates So Deeply With Me
As a Yoga Teacher, Rapid Tapping® Facilitator, Face Yoga Teacher, Energy Worker and Pivot Into Power® Coach, I've spent years helping people reconnect with themselves through the body.
I've seen first-hand that lasting transformation doesn't happen through force.
It happens when we regulate the nervous system, release what no longer serves us, reconnect with our desires, and begin taking action from a different state of being.
This is why I was so drawn to both Rapid Tapping® and Pivot Into Power®.
The work bridges neuroscience, nervous system regulation, energy awareness, mindset and practical action. It acknowledges that we are not simply thinking beings—we are emotional, energetic, embodied beings too.
How We Can Work Together
If reading Unlock Your Power leaves you inspired to go deeper, I'd love to support you.
I offer one-to-one Pivot Into Power® coaching, where we work through the 7 D's together over 90 days, helping you identify what's holding you back, shift limiting beliefs, reconnect with your vision, and create meaningful momentum towards your goals.
And very soon, I'll be opening the doors to my new community:
Wild Reclamation
Wild Reclamation is for women who know there is more available to them.
Women who feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in old patterns, or simply ready for a new chapter.
Inside the community we'll explore the 7 D's together through a body-led approach that combines:
Pivot Into Power® coaching
Rapid Tapping®
Yoga and somatic practices
Face Yoga and Gua Sha
Nervous system regulation
Mindset and identity work
Community support and accountability
This isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about coming home to yourself.
And from that place, creating the life, relationships, wellbeing and opportunities that truly align with who you are becoming.

Embracing 2026
Embracing the New Year with Calm Intentions: Moving Slowly into 2026
During the high-energy buzz of December, I often convince myself that January will be all momentum and motivation. In reality, it never is. Instead, the new year always begins as a slower, more mindful journey — one that gently invites me to soften, reflect, and find my pace again.
Moving Slowly into the New Year
So here we are, already well into 2026, and I’m fully embracing a slower transition once again. One of the practices supporting me this year has been Rapid Tapping® with Poppy Delbridge. As many of you know I trained as a Pro last year and I’ve been using these tapping techniques to prepare myself for 2026, I love how accessible and effective tapping is —especially during moments of stress, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm.
Rapid Tapping has become a simple but powerful way to regulate my nervous system and create a sense of calm in my day. I’ve also been using her app, which makes it incredibly easy to tap along whenever I need a reset, whether that’s first thing in the morning or in the middle of a busy afternoon. It feels like a gentle check-in with myself—something that supports both my mindset and emotional wellbeing as I ease into the year.
Creating a Slow, Intentional Start to 2025
Over the Christmas period I got out of some of my regular routines (as we all do!) but I have gradually been easing back into them. During the holidays I let my morning routine go. I have gradually picked up my regular face yoga and Gua Sha mini workout and added some somatic face work to it. I had a gorgeous hydrafacial and LED treatment which inspired me to get out my LED mask which you can buy here and I invested in a beautiful silk sleep mask similar to this one which has been so relaxing and nourishing.
Journaling for the Year Ahead
As I look ahead to the year, I’ve been journaling using the 7-D framework from Poppy Delbridge’s Pivot into Power program. I love how it brings clarity and focus without overcomplicating things, helping intentions feel grounded rather than overwhelming.
If you’d like to join me, try reflecting on these prompts:
What do I truly want to experience or create this year, beyond expectations or pressure?
What patterns or insights from the past year are worth carrying forward?
What feels ready to be chosen deliberately — and what am I committing to?
Which beliefs or stories am I ready to question or release?
What no longer supports me and can be gently let go of?
What small, consistent actions will move me forward this year?
At the end of the year, what would feeling proud of myself look like?
I’m also a Pivot into Power coach, and this framework has become an integral part of how I support both myself and others. The new year is a time for renewal, but it doesn’t need to be a race. Embrace the slow, mindful entry into 2026 and allow the journey to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
