What is Pivot Into Power®?
Pivot Into Power® is a transformational 90 day programme created by Poppy Delbridge that helps create lasting change by working with both the mind and body.
Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, somatic practices, energy work, and ancient wisdom, the method is based on the idea that real transformation begins internally. Rather than pushing harder or constantly doing more, Pivot Into Power® focuses on changing your internal state first — because the way we think, feel, and respond shapes the way we experience life.
The process works in three key ways:
Rewiring Limiting Beliefs
Many of the patterns that hold us back operate beneath conscious awareness. Pivot Into Power® helps identify and shift limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and identity blocks that can keep us stuck in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or overwhelm. Techniques such as Rapid Tapping® are used to help calm emotional responses and support the creation of healthier, more empowering patterns.
Supporting the Nervous System
When the nervous system is overwhelmed, even positive change can feel difficult. Through simple somatic and regulation practices, Pivot Into Power® helps bring the body into a calmer, more balanced state, creating space for greater clarity, resilience, and ease.
Aligning Desire, Identity & Action
Rather than focusing purely on external goals, the work encourages a deeper connection to what you truly want, who you want to become, and the actions that naturally support that vision. From this place, change often feels more aligned, sustainable, and authentic.

The 7 D’s of Pivot Into Power®
At the centre of Pivot Into Power® is the 7 D framework — a process designed to support real, lasting change from the inside out.
Instead of relying on pressure, perfection, or constantly pushing through, the 7 D’s help you recognise the beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck, while reconnecting you to your own clarity, confidence, and direction.
Combining neuroscience, psychology, somatic practices, energy work, and Rapid Tapping®, the framework works with both the mind and body to support deeper transformation.
Through the 7 D’s, you learn to:

1:1 Pivot Into Power® Coaching
My 90-day one-to-one coaching programme takes you through each stage of the 7 D framework with personalised support and guidance along the way.
Over 12 weeks, we meet weekly to explore the patterns, beliefs, habits, and emotional responses that may be holding you back, while creating new ways of thinking, feeling, and moving forward.
Together, we work through the full process — getting clear on what you truly want, shifting limiting beliefs, regulating the nervous system, and taking aligned action towards your goals.
This work is for women who are ready for change and want support to feel more confident, clear, connected, and empowered in their lives.
Sessions may include coaching, Rapid Tapping®, nervous system regulation techniques, mindset work, and practical tools that you can integrate into everyday life.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply ready for something more, this programme is designed to support lasting inner change.
My Community Membership - Wild Reclamation
For those who would prefer to move through the 7 D framework within a group setting, my online community offers a supportive space for personal growth, wellbeing, and transformation.
Inside the community, you’ll be guided through the Pivot Into Power® process alongside other women on a similar journey, with access to tools and practices that support both mind and body.
